We collect a $1,000  deposit, which can be made via check, money order, or credit card accepted.  To pay by credit card, download our authorization form here

> If you decide to send the machine back, your deposit will be refunded (minus shipping charges)

> If you decide to keep the machine, deposit can be applied towards purchase price. Pssst: we haven't had a machine returned yet! 

Proof of Financing Required
You'll need to provide documentation of financing or proof of funds before we can complete the trial period. Acceptable proof includes:

• Proof Of Funds Letter From Financial Institution (view sample)

• Open Line Of Credit 

• Credit Approval From Lender (view example)

Liability & Damage During Trial Period

• Unit to stay at above facility at all times, except for transportation for shipping purposes
• Ultrasound-guided sampling is NOT to be performed during demo period
• Unit and all accessories must be in same physical and working condition as when received; user is liable and assumes all risk for any damage that is incurred while unit is in their possession
• QC check and documentation to be performed by SonoPath prior to and upon return of demo unit  
• Ship back in original packaging with all inventoried equipment
